MENCKE, WILLIAM, 56, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Born in South Weymouth, MA, William worked most recently at the Gaylord Palms Hotel. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Denise, whom he married on Valentines day. His children: Jeremy Essigmann and his wife Lori of Seattle, Justin and Jordan Essigmann of Poinciana and Katelyn Mencke also of Poinciana; two grandchildren, Danika

William enjoyed traveling, golfing and cooking but most importantly enjoyed his family, A visitation for William will be Saturday, March 6 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home, 803 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Bill during the visitation at 7:00 p.m.
