Edward Friesen

Edward Friesen, aged 80 years.

Edward was an electrician and retired from Epton in 1997, he and his wife Elvira were longtime members of the Concordia Club and greatly enjoyed ballroom dancing.

Loving father to Udo and his wife Cindy and Rita and her husband Richard Valin, beloved opa to grandson Christopher Friesen and great grandson Rylan, brother to Henry and his wife Edelgard and Erica and her husband Helmut Franzen, fondly remembered by sister in law Renate Petri (the late Hans). Edward is remembered as a dear uncle to Stephen Petri (Victoria), Ron Franzen, Michael Franzen, Monica Friesen, the late David Friesen, and great uncle to Konrad Petri.

Predeceased by his parents Peter Friesen and Maria Hamm, his beloved wife Elvira, of 63 years on September 9th of this year and two sisters.
