Joyce Cummings

With sadness the family announces the passing of Joyce Cummings at Grand River Hospital Freeport Site on Sunday June 12, 2011 in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Walter “Tom” Cummings, she is the dearly loved mother of Greg Cummings and his wife Paula Murphy, Susan Seibel and her husband Paul, and Grant Cummings and his wife Janice. Cherished grand-mother to Amy and Darren Cargill, Craig and Jessica Seibel, Lindsay and Brad Doerr, Jaime and Daniel Yanke, Fraser Cummings, Garrett Cummings and Danielle Cummings, and great grand-mother to Mason Jack Doerr. Lovingly remembered by her sister Doris Brooks, predeceased by her brother Ross Shaver.

The Cummings family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service celebrating of the life of Joyce Cummings in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place with interment of ashes to be at Woodland Cemetery.
