

Marjorie was predeceased by her loving husband, Wayne Thompson, in 2008. She leaves behind her loving children: Ron Thompson and his wife Terrie, Lisa Sinclair and her husband Greg, and five precious grandchildren: Ashley, Jason, Stephanie, Melanie and Kyle. Loving sister to Morgan (Grace) Strassburger, Albert (Nancy) Strassburger, Audrey Arnold, Barb (Dave) Main, Eleanor (Dieter) Herkert, Ruby (Larry), Clifford (Kathy) Strassburger, Karen Strassburger (Lorraine), Robert (Jan) Strassburger, Deborah (Tom) Sperling; sister in-law Ann Strassburger. Sister-in-law to Kevin (Audrey) Thompson, Karen (Bob) Sykes, and Kay (Norm) Johnson. Predeceased by her parents Morgan and Estella Strassburger, brother Dennis Strassburger, brothers-in-law Doug Kurt and Robert Thompson, sisters-in-law Marion Thompson and Helen Thompson.
Marjorie was born July 31, 1935 and lived all her life in Kitchener. She was a life member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton at Church Street, Kitchener (today) Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, November 16, 2012 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 49 Queen Street North, Kitchener at 11:00 a.m.
Interment St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.
