Winfrey, Cecelia “Ann”, of Knoxville, passed away July 25, 2014 at Beverly Park Place. She was retired from the University of Tennessee as an administrative assistant. Ann was member of First Baptist Church Knoxville for 51 years where she sang in the choir. Preceded in death by parents, Frank Phillip Winfrey and Mary Alline Rousseaux Winfrey. She is survived by cousins, Barbara Lou O’Briant, Cecelia Jane Roberts, Madge W. Larabee and Jody Lou Larabee and many friends. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Pleasant Forest Cemetery off Concord Road with Dr. Tom Ogburn officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.berryfuneralhome.com
