Mr. Anthony Scott Rowe, age 35 of Knoxville, passed away May 15, 2015. He was born on August 21, 1979 to Bill and Hilda Rowe. Mr. Rowe was a press operator for the printing industry, and was a loving husband and father. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: wife of 16 years, Samantha Rowe; son, Blake Rowe; brothers, Billy Rowe and family, Ricky Rowe and family; sisters, Kathy Owenby and family, Krissy Frankum and family; father and mother-in-law, Carrol and Judy Tipton; 5 Nephews and 4 Nieces.
