Betty Ann Hill, (known as Mamaw) age 90 of Knoxville, passed away May 18, 2025. She loved God, children, animals, and chocolate. She dedicated a majority of her working years to childcare, which every child was treated as her own. Mamaw had a passion for collecting frogs, gardening, and flowers. She never met a stranger and was loved by anyone who met her.
Preceded in death by son, Jackie Hill; parents, Franklin, and Hazel Barnard; sisters, Bobbie and Pauline.
She is survived by sons, DeWyatt Hill and Mike (Katina) Hill, several grandchildren , great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Weaver Funeral Home from 5-7 pm with the service to follow at 7 pm.
