Betty Jo Mason Jones, age 67 of Knoxville, passed away December 21, 2017. She was a member of Walridge Baptist Church. Betty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lucy Mason; two brothers, and two sisters. Survived by her husband, Ralph Edward “Papaw” Jones; son, Dwayne Edward (Tina) Jones; daughter, Sonya Jones Burns (Timothy); grandchildren, Brittany Jones Rivera (Anthony),Anthony Jones (Jennifer), Joshua Burns and Elijah Burns, four sisters, three brothers and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Weaver’s Chapel on Tuesday from 5:00-7:00 pm with service to follow at 7:00 pm Rev. Toby Webber officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday 12:15 pm at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a 12:30 pm interment.
