Beverly Lee Knoblock

Beverly Lee Knoblock, age 79, of Knoxville, Tennessee departed this earth for her heavenly home on Monday, January 16, 2023. Beverly was a member of Grace Baptist Church and missed being able to attend church services in person.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and Jack Hamby, and her grandson, Mitchel Glen Helgerson. She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Knoblock; Daughters: Tammy Helgerson (Dave) and Gina King; Son, Del Disney (Karen); Grandchildren: Vanessa Helgerson, Amy Jocque, Nathan Disney, Bo King, Glen Kemp, and Morgan Cooter; Great-grandchildren: Trinity Jocque, Mitchel Wyatt Helgerson, Isabella King, Ava King, Jasmine Minor and Cayden Minor.

Beverly was a beloved wife, mother, and Nana. Uber feisty and strong, she persevered through many adversities in her life. She loved large and her life was a depiction of unconditional love. Her friends were dear to her, and she was especially fond of her furry friends.

Blessed with creativity and talent, she enjoyed to craft. From paper crafting to floral arrangements, there was not anything she couldn't do. She was an especially talented seamstress and continued to sew up until the last year of her life. She was a bookworm and loved reading the Word of God. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, dominoes, and cards. Playing cards with her friends at the Karns Senior Center brought her joy over the past few years.

Though she is sorely missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is healed. We are clinging to the promise that this is not goodbye, but rather see you later.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Weaver Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow.
