Charles "Charlie" Douglas Allen Jr.

Charles "Charlie" Douglas Allen Jr. Went to be with our heavenly father on March 29, 2026. He was born February 28, 1960 in Memphis,TN. Charlie was a loving husband and provider to his wife Sheena. He was the type of father his daughters looked up to, not only for them but also for many of their friends along the way. He was also a very proud "Pap" to his grandchildren. He had a great sense of humor and always loved a good joke. His favorite past times were camping, watching westerns, UT sports, listening to good music, and even coming up with songs of his own. He was as stubborn as he was resourceful. If you told him that he couldn't do something, then he would prove you wrong every time. Charlie retired from the Knox County Health Department after 26 years of service. He was a former deacon and youth leader at his church. He was loved and will be missed terribly by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Douglas Allen Sr and grandparents Beulah Mae and John Sisk. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sheena Allen. His daughters; Stephanie (David) Mullican and Jennifer (Jon) Payne. Mother; Verna Allen. Brothers; Michael (Susan) Hammond and Steven Allen. He leaves behind 10 grandchildren. Special thanks to friends John Long and Mark Fawver.

Family will have a visitation only on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 1-3 pm at Weaver Funeral Home.
