Charlie always treated me like he treated others-always fair. Done business with him for 25 years I shall miss him.

Mr. Moore was always gracious, polite, and helpful. Tennessee Valley Fasteners is the go to place for hard to find hardware. Whether it is tamper proof and theft resistant nuts and bolts, anchoring epoxy, or drill bits. A vast amount of projects within the city of Knoxville Facilities Department could not have been completed in a timely manner without Mr. Moore. From the anchoring epoxy used on the Holston River Walk to every public basketball backboard and rim in the city and much more. If Mr. Moore didn't have an item in stock, I could be sure he would have it real fast. My condolences to his family and staff. He will be greatly missed. Roy Shanks
