Christopher Wayne Harding

Harding, Christopher Wayne (58) of Powell, TN passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014. Chris was an US Army Veteran. He graduated from Doyle High School and Tennessee State Tech with honors. He worked for TVA of Knoxville, CSA of Atlanta and Lisega, Inc. of Newport as an engineer. He loved playing classical guitar and fishing. He is preceded in death by father, Raymond Lewis Harding, Jr.; brothers, Robin David Ray Harding and Michael Jaime Harding; grandparents, Raymond Lewis Harding, Sr. and Irene Hall Harding, Isaac Webb Marshall and Pearl Light Marshall; uncles, Billy Marshall, Marvin Marshall, Ronnie Marshall, Jerry West and Mason Graves; aunts, Laura Jane Harding, Stella Marshall and Dot Marshall. He is survived by his mother, Claudine M. Harding of Powell, TN; brother, Brian W. Harding of Powell, TN; niece, Kayla E. Harding of Knoxville, TN; aunts, Bonnie Moore of Powell, TN, Brenda West of Atlanta, GA, Shirley Graves of Port Charlotte, FL, and Margaret Marshall of Danville, VA; and many cousins. Family will receive friends Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 6-8pm at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway. Service will follow with Reverend John Brewster officiating. Burial will be Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 4pm at Berry Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at (800)785-5071 or charity of your choice.
