Charles "Chuck" Bush, age 66, of La Follette, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at UT Hospital where he worked 20 plus years in the Emergency Dept. Chuck's purpose in life was to help all he could, to give guidance to all who needed it and to be a friend. To those he knew, he still walks beside you.
He was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Edith Bush and sisters, Alice Daniels and Betty Garrison.
He is survived by brothers, Frank (Pam) Bush, Joe C. Bush; sister, Stella Berkley; several nieces, nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; special great-niece, Autumn Daniels and his beloved great-pyrenees, Bigen and Lucy.
Special thanks to his UT Family and friends who shared stories of his life and how he had helped them. This brought joy, peace, delight and wonder in time of sorrow in all that Chuck did in his life that seemed to be cut short. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at the University of TN Hospital for the excellent care they provided.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, between the hours of 6:00pm-8:00pm in the chapel of McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home, 7426 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37924 with a Memorial Service to follow at 8:00pm.
