Darlene "Dar" J. Davis

Darlene " Dar" J. Davis, age 75, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. She is formerly of Meridian, Idaho where for more than 20 years she owned and operated The Best Little Hair House in Boise. After moving to Tennessee she was the owner and operator of D's Cafe in Dickson, TN. Darlene was a member of Celebration Lutheran Church. Through the years she enjoyed gardening and playing golf including quite a few tournaments with her husband. She loved crocheting especially for gift giving. She was an excellent cook and loved sharing her culinary gift with others. She also enjoyed skiing and was a fantastic dancer.

Darlene is survived by her husband of 20 years, Richard "Dick" Davis; children, David Berlinguet and his wife of Boise, ID, and Tasha Hendricksen and her husband of Meridian, ID; daughter-in-law, Libby Berlinguet of Oakley, ID; 3 step sons and their wives; a step daughter and her husband; adopted daughter, Anca Collingsworth and her husband of Marsing, ID; 18 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and brother, Lonnie Howe and his wife of Greybull, WY.

She was preceded in death by her son, Brad Berlinguet; 2 sisters and a brother.

A service to celebrate Darlene's life will be held Saturday February 1, 2025 at 1:00pm at Celebration Lutheran Church 10330 Chapman Highway, Seymour, TN 37865
