Deborah “Debbie” Ann Blair, age 67 of Knoxville, passed away March 18, 2026. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph E. Blair; daughter, Ashley Blair; parents H.G. and Evelyn Ricketts. Survived by son Ralph H. Blair; grandchildren, Tyler, Jordan, Austin, Harley and Hayley Blair; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Gary Ricketts, Ronald (Joni) Ricketts and Brian (Dana) Ricketts; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-6:30 pm Saturday March, 28th at Piney Grove Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life at 6:30. Pastor Rick Lemons officiating.
