Donald Eugene (John) Bruner age 69 of Mascot, TN passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday October 22, 2022. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends, he was a member of Byerleys Chapel Baptist Church. He loved his Lord Jesus, family, friends, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by parents, Charles Jack Bruner and Katherine Pauline Henshaw Bruner. John is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Nancy (Turner) Bruner; children, Freddy (Yolanda) Olivares, Julio (Montze) Ortiz, Pablo (Daisy) Ortiz, Lupe, Claudia Sanchez, Laura (Rick) Bible and Alicia Chesney; grandchildren, Jorge (Elia) Olivares, Stephanie Olivares, John (Briel) Olivares, Pablo Jr (Amber) Ortiz, Julio, Brian Ortiz, Monzita, Gael, Denyse, JC Ortiz, Edgar Rodriguez, Norma (Gustavo) Cedano, Shirley, Dylan Salinas, Juan Carlos (Nadege) Limones and Fanny Lumas; great-grandchildren, Kennedy, Karson Allen, Holden Harrell, Sophia Olivares, Kouvr Olivares, Mia, Emma Ortiz, Layla Cedano and Santiago; sisters, Mary (Dale) Jones, Wanda Taylor, Charlotte Bruner, Teresa Patty, Kim (Jen) Bryant; brother, Jackie Bruner; A host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Fur baby, Benji. The family will receive friends Tuesday October 25, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home. Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Mickey Long officiating.
