Dorothalyn S. Bulgin

Dottie was preceded in death by her husband, Thurskin "Skip" Bulgin; parents, Homer Mack Scobey and Derotha Dew Scobey; sisters, Evelyn Scobey and Dercia Faye Scobey; and brothers, Billie Gene Scobey, Homer Mack Scobey Jr., David Van Scobey and Roy Leon Scobey. Dottie is survived by her daughter, Donna Lynn Akin; her son, Donald Jarrett Akin (Becky); sister, Doris Scobey Brewer (Robert); brothers, Larry Lee Scobey (Joyce) and William Mark Scobey; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dottie was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Sigma Epsilon Sorority, Omni Women's Club and served as a volunteer at Tenova West Hospital for several years. She Enjoyed playing bridge, gardening and was an excellent seamstress. She was loving, kind and generous to all she knew. She loved her children dearly.
