Frances "Frankie" Kramer

Kramer, Frances (Frankie), age 88 of Karnes, passed peacefully into eternal life on April 2, 2016. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She devoted much of her life to caring for others and her arms were always open to all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kramer; parents, James and Maude Brown; brothers, Kenneth, Delmar and Roger Brown; sister, Florence Bryan. She is survived by her sons and daughter in laws, Gary and Darnell Williams and Terry and Kathy Kramer; sister, Brenda Lee; beloved granddaughters Kimberly, Jennifer, Lauren, and Makenna; great grandchildren, Katie, Hunter and Connor; dear and devoted friend, Shirley Bomgarrs; special thanks to NHC Fort Sanders Staff. Family will receive friends Monday April 4, 2016 from 5:00-7:00PM at Weavers Funeral Home, funeral to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Jeremy Daniels officiating.
