Jack was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and was an avid TN Vol fan. He cherished his dogs.
Jack was preceded in death by is sister, Dedie Harrison and grandmother, Virginia Roark. He is survived by his parents, Jack Howard, Sr. and Ann Covington; wife, Mendy Covington; brother, Jody Covington.
A visitation to celebrate Jack's life will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 5:30-7:30pm with a service to follow at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home.
