James F. Boyer, age 83, of Knoxville, passed away February 5, 2018 at his home. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired Air Pollution Control Engineer. He has traveled extensively. James was loved by many. He is survived by his wife and children. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, February 9th, 6-10 pm at the Holiday Inn Express on Papermill Rd.
