Joyce Constance Trotter Cawood- Born October 14, 1920; Died April 2, 2017.Christian and First member of Karns Church of Christ. Graduated of Karns High School. She was a life-long resident of the Karns Community and was active in her church and community. Preceded in death by husband, Clarence F. Cawood; Father, Gilmore Trotter; Mother, Minnie Bell Trotter; and all her siblings, Esthel Collignon, Louise Trotter Underwood, Newell Trotter, Ross Trotter, Otha Trotter and Lester Trotter. Survived by three sons, Gil Cawood of Nashville, Chris (Sara) Cawood of Karns and Mark (Sharon) Cawood of Karns; two grandchildren, Shannon (Amy) Cawood of Kingston and Suzanne Cawood (Jeff) Cronin of Seymour; five great-grandchildren Jacob, Emily and Kyleigh Cawood of Kingston and Katie and Ashlynn Cronin of Seymour. Family will receive friends Wednesday in Weaver's chapel from 4:00 - 6:00 pm with service to follow at 6:00 pm. Minister Tom Miller officiating.
