A year has passed so quickly. A year has passed so slowly. Even though we miss you still, we're glad to know you suffer no more. 
And we all love you and Dad too.

Rick and family members, we are sorry for the loss of your mother. I'm sure it is very difficult to get through this time for you all. We are going to continue to pray that your family finds and keeps the strength to carry on.

Jerry, we are thinking about you and are keeping you in our prayers.I have known Joyce all my life and she was the best, mom and Joyce have been friend's for over 60 years. She will certainly be missed.

Thank u Grandma for all the awesome memories u helped us make growing up. You and Grandpa were always planning something fun for us all to do together. U were such a precious Grandma. We love and miss u dearly!

The family of Joyce Edgell...... A beautiful service and the singing, preaching, and reminiscing about the old days of childhood, was good to hear and see. Please be at peace with each other and be PROUD of the respectful service that you provided us for your Mother.

Gerald we are thinking of you in these sad times

This was one Godly women.  From across the country, I always knew Grandma Edgell was a One God Apostolic who loved to talk about church and the things of God.  She will be missed but I will see her soon on those Happy Golden Shores where we will dance and Praise the one true king Jesus!  She has no more pain and I know that she is beyond happy being with her Lord and Savior.  She beat us there.
She left me a legacy that I treasure with all my heart.

Although I never really met you, I saw you in the hospital and I thought to myself, Wow! That a grandma that I would have loved to have known.  I saw that you were such a good Godly women.  I loved you even though I barely knew you.  So, goodbye for now Great Grandma Edgell! See you soon.

I will forever cherish every memory, every hug, every phone call, every lunch outing to Taco Bell, every Birthday card and every I love you. The world will never be the same without my dear, sweet God-fearing Gramma. 

Christmas Day I learned of your last move and the beautiful place you moved to. I wonder.... "Is there snow falling down on the streets of gold? Are the mansions all covered in white? Are you singing with Angels, 'Silent Night?' I wonder what Christmas in heaven is like?"  I love you!!

Family trips to see Aunt Joyce, Uncle Gerald and the kids when they lived in Ypsalanti, Mi. are treasured memories. Aunt Joyce was always so kind, warm, funny, loving. My mother, Fairy (Harper-Edgell) Christian felt especially close to them. Love you all so much.

You finally have your reward! I will always cherish the precious letters that we have sent back and forth. I'm so glad I got to see you before you left us all. I love you!

To my sisters children, brothers, and sisters I say my sister has got her shouting shoes on. She shouting and rejoicing that she has made it to that heavenly place, crossed Jordan's chilly waters and is now praising the lord. She's smiling down on us all and saying she loves us all and for us to continue living and loving one another despite our faults and failures just as she did in keeping with the teachings of Christ who said " The Greatest Of These Is Love".
