Joyce Ann (Cole) Lee

Joyce Ann Lee (Cole), age 83, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away at home Friday, February 7, 2025. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, going to the beach, watching the Tennessee Vols and loved her family. Joyce retired from Allied Seat Belt Company. She was a DayCare Provider for many years and a School Bus Owner/Driver.

Preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James "Butch" Clifford Lee Sr.; son, Billy Ray Lee; father, Ed Cole; mother, Valerie Cole and great-grandson, Silas Mikels.

Joyce is survived by children: Rebecca "Becky" Lee, James (Jimmy) Lee Jr. (Becky), Patty Sue Hanson (Tim), Teresa Manners (Jeff), Brenda Jean Simpson (Gary); grandchildren: Cynthia Edgar (Johnny), Timothy Hanson (Tonya), Matthew Hanson (Ashley), Rachel Ann Lee (fur babies: Kaiser, Zala), Bradley Hanson (Heather), Leslie Lee, Stephen Hanson (Chelsea), Felicia Mikels (Stephen),

Joshua Black ( Alexandra), Joyce Diane Lee, James Clifford Lee III "Butchie", Shelia Johnson (David), Sarah Black, Nora Brown, Michael Mooneyhan, Jacob Simpson, Gracie Simpson; 37 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and sisters: Vida Grace Turpin and Donna Agee.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the parlors of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville. Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa for an 11:00am Graveside Service officiated by Rev. Mike McClurg.
