Noel, Joyce Lowery, 85 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Joyce was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. She retired from J.C. Penny. She was preceded in death by grand-daughter, Kristie Smith. Joyce is survived by her husband, J.D. Noel; Daughters and sons-in-law; Donna and Warren Smith, and Susan and Stephen Ruble, grandchildren; Vickie Smith, Stephen and Cynthia Ruble, Jonathan and Michael Ruble and eight great- grandchildren, sister; Billie Freels, and several nieces, and nephew.
