Lacey Dawn Mynatt, 38, of Knoxville, TN died unexpectedly in the early morning hours on Sunday July 25th. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Lacey was born on July 18, 1983 to Tom and Janice Zimprich in Knoxville, TN. She attended Karns High School and UT School of Nursing and was passionate about caring for other people. She worked as a nurse in many different healthcare positions but most recently as the school nurse at Karns Middle School. Anyone who knew Lacey, knew that she was a kind, loving and a sweet soul. Within minutes of being around her, everyone knew that her world revolved around her love of her husband and her children. She enjoyed spending time on the lake with her family and friends or reading a good book. One of the things that Lacey loved was to spend time being at the ballfield with her husband and children. Lacey’s family and friends will miss her more than words can express. Lacey and her sister Maria had an incredible love and bond that they continued to grow through motherhood. She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years Justin Mynatt; children Hudson, Sawyer and Sadie; parents Tom and Janice Zimprich; Sister Maria Bell; in-laws Joey and Barbara Mynatt; sister-in-law Hannah Mynatt; childhood best friend Lauren Byrd Garner; special friends Mr. Courtney and Jessica Harvey; an enormous loving family and group of friends. Family welcomes friends to a Visitation on Friday, from 4pm-7pm, at Weaver Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a GoFundMe page for donations to be made for any ongoing needs of the family. The family requests that any friends and family may join them in a Home Going Celebration on Saturday, July 31st, at Harvest Point Church, 7419 Ball Camp Pike, 37931, at noon.
