Preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy Gilland; brother, David Gilland; brother, Roger Gilland; sister, Dwaynia Sawyer; mother and father, Bessie and Bert Gilland.
He leaves behind his sister, Ollie Green (Fate); sister, Carolyn Sharp (Roy); as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 PM Sunday, September 25, 2022 with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 11:15 AM Monday, September 26, 2022 at Berry Funeral Home to proceed to Swann's Chapel Cemetery for a 1:00 PM interment.
