Mr. Maxon Evans Boling, age 86, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 after a long struggle with Parkinson's Disease. Maxon served in the United States Army as a Korean Linguist and Decoder. He was a University of Tennessee Alumni where he acquired Master's Degrees in Biology Research and Computer Science. He had a long dedicated career at ORNL. Maxon was preceded in death by his son, Stanley Boling.
Maxon is survived by his wife, Joan Boling; son, Stuart Boling, daughters, Bridget Weber and husband Shaun, Beth Wright and husband Scott; sister-in-law, Margaret Jessiman; 5 grandkids and 9 great grandkids. Maxon contributed to many charities, please feel free to donate in his memory to the charity of your choice.
