Norma was a woman of many talents and deep devotion. A gifted seamstress, she lovingly created beautiful pieces that will be cherished for generations. She had a strong faith and loved the Lord with all her heart. Her family was her greatest blessing, and she found joy in gardening, thrifting, and fellowship as a proud member of the Red Hat Society.
More than anything, Norma treasured her role as “Nonnie.” She delighted in her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren and was known for her sweet and simple reminder to all: “Be Pretty.” Her warmth, strength, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patton and Minnie Rosenbalm; her daughter, Darlene Gentry; her sisters, Betty, Ruby, Marie, Louise, Evelyn, and Dorothy; her ex-husband, Richard Webb; and her companion, Robert “Toddy” Johnson.
Norma leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory: her children, Steve Webb (Jennifer) and Johnny Webb (Susan Hughes); her grandchildren, Vanessa Henry (Shane Slusser), Krisi Frazee, Kayla Blair (Jordan), Dakota Gentry (Amy), Jared Webb (Allison), Taylor Lee (David), Johnathon Webb, Trinity Webb, and Stacy Berry; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Lucille Moon; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the parlors of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.
