Phillip Edward Solomon

Phillip Edward Solomon age 65 of Knoxville TN, went peacefully to his heavenly home on Thursday, August 8th 2024. He loved his family and was their biggest cheerleader, loved his grandsons to the moon and back. In the 90’s he drove the church bus at South Knoxville Church of God, where he was raised. He often said that it was his greatest blessing, getting the kids and widows to church. He counted it as his honor that God made that his ministry.

Phil was preceded in death by his father Bob Solomon, mother Gussie Breeden and his wife Nancy Solomon.

He is survived by his sons James (Melissa) Solomon, and John (Jillian) Solomon; grandsons, Derek Allen, and River Solomon.
