Thank you for all your special memories of Ricky and well wishes for me and the rest of Ricky's family.

I am so sorry for your loss, I wanted to stop by and see Rick over the Holidays, but I did not make it in time. Rick was a great guy, always fun to play golf with and to hang out with. I can not imagine what you are going through, you and all of Rick's family are in our prayers.

So sorry for everyone's loss! Ricky was a wonderful joy. I knew Ricky in high school. We had fun at school dances especially b/c he could dance so well. He was also a very supportive friend. I have not seen Ricky for years and am so grieved to know I will not be able to see him again. My husband, John was also a friend and is saddened by his passing. Our condolences to his wife and family. We will watch for announcement for a celebration of his life.

So sorry for your loss. Rick was a cool guy and a very happy man. Always keeping his co workers laughing. Will be missed dearly.

So many great memories. "Young Ricky Young" with the goo,goo, googly eyes. Ricky had to be one of the most unique, genuine person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He was a good friend. Generous, funny, smart, excellent golfer, amazing cook and he wouldn't forgive me if I didn't say extremely handsome and a good dancer.  He loved everyone and he made sure he told you he loved you; whether you were male or female. The stories he would tell were pretty incredible to believe, but you knew they were true. The kids loved him because he was just a big kid after all.  I will miss his lengthy songs on our answering machine for our birthdays and anniversaries and holidays. The man had a song for every occasion. He could have been an ambassador for the City of New Orleans the way he went on and on about "his" city.  And the person who littered and trashed "his" city would get an earful.  I will never forget the day I made a comment about when was he ever going to shave off his handlebar mustache.  The next minute, he was in our bathroom shaving it off, just like that.  He had that thing forever too. Carolyn, I am sure you know Ricky always bragged about how wonderful you are.  He mentioned it whenever we spoke.  I sure wish we could be there for you.  Ricky, you were loved and certainly will be missed.  We love you!  Lori and Rip Rose

He always said, Rippy I miss your face. I will Truly miss His. I love him and a part of me has left too. My golfing buddy, I was with him the day he hit a hole-n-one. What a fun day. I will cook one of his many recipes real soon. I thank the Lord he gave Me what time I had shared with Ricky. Carolyn my heart is heavy for you. Love Rip n Lori

Ricky was always a joy to be around. He loved his family and golf.  I think cooking was 3rd on the list.

Ricky was a wonderful man who always had a smile on his face and a laugh to share. He will be missed.
