Robert Glen Nichols Age: 85 of Yale, Michigan (formerly of Knoxville, TN) Passed away Saturday July 29, 2023 at Medalodge of Port Huron.

He was a loving husband and father who worked hard all his life. His life-long career was working with diesel trucks.

Robert was preceded in Death by his spouse Ethel Martin Brannam Nichols; Father: Allen Wesley Nichols Sr; Mother: Eula Irene McGill Nichols; infant sister: Bobbie Lou Nichols; sister: Geraldine “Jerre” Nichols Anderson (Victor “Vic” Anderson) brothers: Allen Wesley “Chug” Nichols Sr; (Betty Lively Nichols); Lemuel David “Lem” Nichols; Lee Theodore Nichols; (Earlene Cavendar Nichols); Daughters: Kathy Lynn Nichols Meadows; (Kenneth Mac Meadows); Glenna Eula Nichols Hall: Grandchildren: Sabrina Lynn Bannasch, Robert Bannasch; Great granddaughter: Cora Ann Hall

Robert is Survived by his sister: Genevieve “Genny” Nichols Wilson; (Bill Wilson); Daughters: Margaret Ann Nichols Ott,(George W Ott Jr); Sharon Gail Nichols Hanley Holst, (AJ Holst); Son-in-law, David Hall; Grandchildren: Bethany Michelle Ott Richart, (Robby Richart); Bridget Ann Ott Plummer; (Matthew Plummer); Jesse Hanley; DJ Hall, (Jessica Hall); Amanda Hall; Kenneth Meadows Jr.; Anna Brannam Great Grandchildren: Amie Kate Plummer; Emma Ann Plummer; Colin Richart; Bella Watson; Olivia Hanley; Stepsons: Steve Brannam; (Trish); Roger Brannam; Very special Nephew Eric Wilson, the son he never had and host of nephews and nieces.

A graveside service for Robert, Officiated by Tom King, will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Mount Olive Cemetery, 2400 Berry Rd, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920.
