Rose Euphrates Appleby

Appleby, Rose E. age 86 of Seymour, TN went to be with the Lord Friday, October 7, 2016 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, Kentucky. She was a longtime member of New Prospect Presbyterian Church. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Appleby; brothers, Roy Groves, Jay Groves. She is survived by her sons, Tom (Karen) Appleby, Jerry (Jeanie) Appleby, Jim (Debbie) Appleby; 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Vossie “Buddy” (Shirley) Groves, William E. “Sonny” (Sue) Groves; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 12th from 10:00 to 10:30 am at New Prospect Presbyterian Church 4920 Prospect Rd. Knoxville, Tennessee 37920. Funeral service will be immediately following visitation at the church at 10:30 am with Pastor Jerry Anders officiating. Interment will proceed after services to Berry Highland South 9010 E.
