ROSETTA NYCOLE SISK - age 21 days, passed away February 6, 2017 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Survived by her mother, Chyna Sisk; brother, Pheonix Sisk; grandparents, Helen and Eddie Sisk and uncle, Eddie Wayne Sisk.
