Roy Calvin Knight age 86 of Powell, formerly of Knoxville, passed away January 1, 2025. Calvin loved his family and the Lord with all his heart. He loved his church family as well, greeting everyone with a smile. In his latter years, Calvin worked for Joe Neubert's until he was 83 years old. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and friend to so many. Preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Louise Knight; sisters, Evelyn Spach and Minnie Williams; grandson, Drew Turner. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Knight; children, Charlotte Turner and husband, Scott; Dwayne Knight and wife, Alissa; grandchildren, Hannah Lee, Emily Turner, Jamison Knight, Oteriah Lee and Jasmine Knight; great-grandchildren, Truett and Zoey Lee; brothers, David and Glen Knight. There will be a Celebration of Life 2 pm Saturday, January 18th at Seymour Church.
