Sage Alexandria Reed-Orick

Sage Alexandria Reed-Orick was born on February 20, 2026 and changed our lives in the brief but beautiful time she was with us. She ran into the gates of Heaven from her mother’s arms in the early morning hours of March 1, 2026, surrounded by so much love, while holding her Grammy’s and Daddy’s fingers. Though her days were few, her impact was infinite. She was loved from the very first heartbeat and will be cherished forever.

Sage was a fighter from the very beginning. She showed so much strength and courage that inspired us all. She knew only warmth, protection, and the love of her family.

She’s the beloved daughter of Noah and Miriam Reed-Orick, the adored sister of Vaan, Abel, and Jensen, the treasured granddaughter of Codi (Chad); Laura, Frankie (Amber), treasured great granddaughter of Sherry (Paul), Peggy (Ron), treasured great-great granddaughter of Dorothy, niece, and cousin.

She’s preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Lynn; Mommy Bump; Mamaw and Papaw Helton; Papaw Mark; Poppy; Mamaw Francis; Papaw Orick; and her cousin Brooklyn.

We may not have had the lifetime we dreamed of with her, but we will always be grateful for every second, for every touch, for every breath, and even for every moment she allowed us to have with her.
