A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Stephen found great joy and purpose in serving God.
Stephen was a passionate supporter of the University of Tennessee Volunteers, never missing a chance to cheer on his beloved Vols. When watching Neyland Stadium on his television, he brought infectious enthusiasm to every game.
The magic of Dollywood held a special place in Stephen's heart. He made visits to Pigeon Forge, delighting in the rides, shows, and the spirit of Dolly Parton's vision. These adventures became treasured family traditions that created lasting memories for all who joined him.
Perhaps most memorably, Stephen embodied the Christmas spirit year-round through his love of Santa Claus. For years, he brought joy to those around him during the holiday season, believing wholeheartedly in the magic of Christmas and the importance of giving. His twinkling eyes, and warm heart made him a beloved Santa who touched many lives.
Stephen is survived by his brother, Doug (Nolene) Ott; sister, Sharon (Mike) Lane; 3 nephews; 4 nieces, and many great nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer E. Ott and Loula Mae (Houser) Ott.
