I wish I had made more time to come and see you, but know that you were always my favorite uncle and I love you very much. I miss you terribly and still cry very much since you left us.

We are so very sorry for your loss, we were out of town and was not able to make it to the funeral. You know that we loved all of you very much. We had so much fun together when the kids were younger and we all played sports together. I know all of you will miss Steve very much, but just know that he is in a better place and no more pain.

I am really sorry to hear about Steve.   I enjoyed being around him at all the boys sports games and he was an extremely positive inflence on the guys.  You all are in my prayers.

I am saddened to hear of Coach's passing.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.  Your family has always been dear to me through the years and even though during the sports days me and coach didn't always see eye to eye, he taught me more than how to be a success in sports, but how to be a success as a man.  I am sure everyone who had the joy of playing for coach would say the same.  Coach Fox touched many lives in his days here and was a profound influence on many young adults that had the pleasure of playing for him.  Steve will be missed deeply.  I extend my sympathies to you and your family.

Regretably, I only met Mr. Fox a couple of times, one of them at a basketball game that Stevie and I were a part of.  Even though I didn't know him well, it was easy to see that he was very proud of his family and enjoyed watching those events and cheering them on.  He will be greatly missed. Steven, you were my first boyfriend in the 1rst grade. I remember when you and Kenneth Cox used to fight over who was going to push me on the swing.  Man, those were the days weren't they!
