WELCH, TEDDY – age 61, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 29, 2012, with his loving wife and family by his side. He was a Vietnam veteran, recipient of Silver and Bronze Star; He proudly served his country. He drove a tanker truck in Vietnam and continued making his living driving afterwards for Penn Tank Line. He is preceded in death by his father, Theodore Welch. He is survived by wife of 25 years, Barbara “Bobbie” Welch; mother, Virgie Welch; sisters, Judy (Ray) Perry & Delores Maples; brothers, Bill (Pattie) & Lonnie (Jane) Welch; stepsons, Jeff (Lori) & Steven Petree; granddaughter, McKenzee; several nieces & nephews.
