

A memorial service will be held in Burbank, CA at Village Church on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 4:00 pm, with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Exodusvision.com. Envelopes will be provided at the memorial service.
Victor started his working career at the Great Northern Railroad in St. Paul, Minnesota. His childhood dream was to be an engineer. However, God called Victor to Christian ministry. He was a Christian school teacher and principal for 38 years at Village Christian School in Sun Valley, California. Victor Earned his master’s degree in education at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.
Victor has been involved in volunteering at his church since he was a young adult. He taught Sunday school classes, organized youth trips, a camp counselor, church and school bus driver, an Assistant Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America, Sunday school superintendent, choir member, elder board member and sat on various committees throughout his life in church.
Victor and Fran enjoyed traveling around the United States as well as around the world. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hiking.
Victor dreamed of moving out of busy California for a more settled state, he moved to Tennessee in 2022. He loved the green trees, the farmland, the mountains of Tennessee and was always eager to go on a drive through East Tennessee.
Victor was preceded in death by his loving wife Frances Frendt. He is survived by his children, Martin (Dawn) Frendt, Joel (Cindy) Frendt, Janet (Steve) Frendt Marts; brother, Dave Frendt; 8 grand children and 12 great grandchildren.
Services will be held on February 20, 2026, at Berry Highland South, located at 9010 E Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN, 37920. A visitation will begin at 10am with the funeral service at 11am and a reception immediately following.
