Vince was born September 7, 1968 in Fridley, MN . He was a 1986 graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High School with honors and a 1988 graduate of Mid State Technical College. He is an 8 year Veteran who served in the US Army in the United States and Germany. Vince enjoyed video gaming, playing golf, and cheering on The Packers.
He is survived by his parents James and Shirley Fugiasco, sister Lisa Agouram, nephews Domonic Micheloni, Lenny (Hailey) Micheloni and niece Valentina Rodriguez.
