W. Kenneth Clabough

Kenneth served his country in the Third Armored Division of the United States Army and attended the University of Tennessee, then he began his 32 year career at Robertshaw Controls until his retirement. He was an avid hunter and golfer and spent countless hours on the course at Green Meadow Country Club where he was a member for over 25 years. Kenneth was also a proud 50 year member of the Free Masons at Unitia Lodge No. 295.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Edith Clabough; sister, Linda Clabough Palmer; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Madge Fleming.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 68 years, Harriet Fleming Clabough; sons, Dr. Darrel Clabough (Stacy), Mark Clabough (Judy); daughter, Shannan Clabough Stooksbury (Barry); grandchildren, Lauren Childress (Ryan), Andrew Clabough (Magda), Bethany Roth (Ricky), Carmen Stooksbury and Madeline Stooksbury; great-grandchildren, Mary Rylan, Griffin, Anniston, Holland, Austin, Brandi, R.J. and Ray; brother, Don Clabough (Phyllis), sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ruth and Eddie Stooksbury; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will meet for a graveside service at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kenneth's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
