William R. Attaway

William R. “Bill” Attaway, age 80, of Knoxville, passed away on Sunday, September 7th, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Bill has been a member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church since 1969, serving both as a deacon and elder. He also proudly served as treasurer for Child Evangelism Fellowship for 45 years. He was a United States Army Veteran and retired from both TVA and TRDA. He is preceded in death by parents, John and Marie Attaway, and brother, Ronnie Attaway. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Carolyn Attaway, children, Billy Dean Attaway, Cynthia Jones, and husband Dan, David Attaway, and John Attaway, and wife Angela, grandchildren, Elliot and Olivia Jones and Nicholas and Noah Attaway, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
