Kibbee and Kelly (and families), I am so sorry about the loss of Willie.  She was a good friend as well as a good neighbor.  I became acquainted with her many years ago through South Knoxville Baptist Church and she and Roy became very good friends to me and Jack for many years.  She was always the most pleasant and smiling lady I believe I ever knew.  She had to be this way with husband Roy - always playing pranks and laughing.  I know how lost you must feel at this point.  However, you've been special children and have special grandchildren who have always loved her.  My thoughts and prayers go out to both of you at this sad time.  I certainly understand.

So sorry to hear about Willie.  I worked for and with Willie at the Bank for several years.  Sure loved this lady. My husband and I work at the TN Smokies and she came by to see me last season (told me she was with Kibbee & his family).    It was so good to see her.  You children had some great parents. Keeping the family in my prayers. 

Hi kel, landon, and hallie, we love u guys so so much. When mark and i visited willy a few months ago it was such a special sweet visit. She was such a precious soul. So strong and God filled. I am honored to have worked with her for so many years. She was loved dearly and will be missed so much. Mark and I love yall so much. God bless you. Mark and Nichi.  Fly high with Roy sweet lady. We have known Roy and Willie all of our lives through South Knoxville Baptist and in recent years our paths would cross again at various South Knoxville shopping venues, and  there would always be those big smiles from both of them and pleasant conversations.  We are so sorry for the loss of Willie but we rejoice knowing she and Roy are together again.  Our prayers go out to the family in these tough days.

Bob and I have so many wonderful memories with Roy and Willie.  You couldn't be with them and not laugh.    Almost 60 years at South Knoxville Baptist Church with them.   Between them and us, we held every office and job possible. From officers, deacons,  choir, Wednesday night suppers, teaching, and decorating the church. Those are just a few  wonderful memories of working together with them.  Their family is part of our family and will always be missed and loved.   

My sympathy and condolences  in the loss of Willie.  I remember 
 Willie and Roy, Jr. as faithful teachers at South Knoxville Baptist Church where our family attended.

I will miss Willie's smiling face. She was such a kind person. I always enjoyed spending time with Roy and Willie. My mom worked with Roy and I was always welcomed at Bank of Knoxville by Willie. They spent many years working with children at skbc, schools, and the community. Prayers for the family, love, and hugs. 

My “second mom” gave me love, smiles, joyful family time, and assurances that I was a good kid.  

Very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I grew up in South Knoxville Baptist Church and will never forget how special the McCoys were to me growing up.  They were always so much fun to be around. Kibbee, very sorry to hear about your mother.  May God bless you and your family.

I will never forget when we were all young and Willie was rooming with sister Shirley downstairs. The two rooms were heated with an old kerosene "smudge pot" heater that malfunctioned overnight. Not realizing that, when they woke up and started to go upstairs for breakfast, they noticed that their faces were covered with oily soot except around their eyes, making them look like racoons. Willie was so excited as she had to get ready for work or something, but now had to share a small bathroom with all other siblings. Chaos never forgotten among childhood memories of my sister "Bill".
