Barbara B Fike, age 89, of Rochester, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Barbara was born May 3, 1932 in Atlanta, IN to Otto and Flossie Mae (McNew) Baden. Barbara married Wilbur Fike October 7, 1950 and passed away on Auugust 31, 2021.
Barbara loved being a housewife caring for her husband and family. She loved to travel to Tennessee and Florida. Barbara had a passion of reading the Bible and going to Bible study classes at Bible Baptist Church. Her favorite artist to listen to was the Gaithers.
Survivors include her son, Michael (Sandy) Fike; grandchildren, Hannah Jane (Joe) Hainsworth, Adam (Beth) Fike, and Benjamin Fike.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Otto and Flossie Baden; husband Wilbur Fike; brother James Delmas (Rose) Baden; sisters Cathryn (Robert) Cook and Joann (Ronald) Knotts.
Friends may visit with the family from 10 to 11 am at First Baptist Church of Russiaville at 260 W. Main St. Russiaville. Memorial service will start at 11 am at First Baptist Church with Pastor Ned Sutherland officiating. Graveside services will follow at Albright Cemetery.
