Neal graduated from Hayworth High School in 1977. On December 3, 1983, Neal was married to Ruzica “Rosie” (Damnjanovic) at First Presbyterian Church in Kokomo. He had worked for Delco Electronics for over 30 years as an engineering technician. Neal also started his own solar company, Green Alternatives Incorporated, in 2004. Neal kept himself occupied by collecting and fixing automobiles, radios, and computers. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his wife, Rosie, Neal is survived by several extended family members in Tell City, Indiana, and Kentucky.
There will be a memorial service for Neal held at a later date at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home in Kokomo.
