Cheryl Louise Smith

She worked as a financial secretary at Creative Financial Design. But to all those who knew Cheryl, her true profession was Mom and Grandma. Cheryl never saw a baby whom she didn’t want to hold, kiss, hug, and love. Cheryl’s heart and home was always open for those who she loved and those who simply needed help. Cheryl’s love knew no bounds as she wanted to continuously grow her family. Cheryl’s family and extended family is so large, but for those not listed below, know that you were loved by Cheryl.

Cheryl is survived by her daughters Stacie (Matt) Smith and Mindy (Ryan) Jarvis; son Bradley Smith; honorary daughter Stephanie Clark; brothers Danny (Patti) Bates and Dennis (Marie) Holt; sister Linda (Roger) Meyers; grandchildren Chelsey and Camden Smith, Daysi Jarvis, Jaylyn Hizer, Ronan and Aidan Smith, and Jasmine Hizer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Smith (2004), her parents, and sister Tina Williams (husband Michael survives).

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 17 at 5:30 p.m. at Parkview Mennonite Church, 1382 East County Rd 100 North Kokomo, Indiana 46901. A dinner and fellowship will follow the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
