KOKOMO - Deborah Kay Carter 64 passed away Thursday morning January 26, 2017 at Howard Community Hospital in Kokomo IN. She was born February 15, 1952 in Batesville IN, the daughter of Peter and Evelyn (Morris) Benham. She is survived by one brother Robert (Doug) Benham, three sons Scott(Lisa)Williams, Robert “Mike”(Jennifer) Williams and Curtis(Jessica)Williams,six grandchildren Codi, Nicholas, Shelby, Alex, Jordan, Emma and five great-grandchildren Sadie, Gaberiel, Isaac, Beau and Aryana. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents Evelyn and Peter and siblings Dennis Benham and Rebbeca Bradburn.
