Deborah Sue Fletcher

Deborah Sue Fletcher, age 63, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at her residence. She was born to the late Charles and Virginia (Ball) Scott on January 18, 1960 in Hamilton County, Indiana. Deborah was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time outdoors. Deborah loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time fishing or doing crafts with them. She was also the Resident President at Terrace Towers. Deborah would provide special dinners on holidays for the other residents and would host BINGO. She truly loved people and enjoyed making a difference in other's lives. She is survived by her four sons, Charles Hill, Bradley Hill, Dustin (Maria Martinez) Hill, and Michael Shepard; five grandchildren, Alanna Hill, Lyric Hill, Emma Hill, Korben Hill, and Mariah Shepard; three great-grandchildren, Javen Hill, Jordan Hunter, and Blakeleigh Hill; and two brothers, Chuck Scott and James Scott. She is preceded in death by a son, Josh Shepard; her parents; one brother, and one sister. The family will have a private memorial ceremony at a later date.
