Henry Cavazos

Henry Cavazos, 74, Kokomo passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018.He was born October 5, 1943 in Kokomo to the late Felis (Arredondo) and Pedro Cavazos.He married Kimberly (McCoy) Cavazos June 12, 2007. She survives him. Henry retired from General Motors in the mid 80’s after several years of service and was a member of the UAW 292 for several years.From the beginning Henry had a large family.He was considered the “Man of the house” at age 17, taking care of his young siblings.It was then where he learned to provide for his family.Henry touched so many lives, everyone looked up to him and went to him for advice. He was a wonderful grandpa; enjoying attending their sporting events and watching sports with them.His grandchildren and great grandchildren were truly the key to his life and just made him melt. He was and will always be remembered as the loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather that gave so much love. Henry is survived by his wife Kimberly, first wife Sue Abbott, sons Nick Cavazos (Connie), Zach Cavazos (companion Gracen), Freddy Biancardi (companion Morgan); daughters Samantha Biancardi, Bianca Biancardi (companion Kohlton); brothers Joey (Karla), Adolph (Jackie), Manuel (Susan), Rudy (Marcia) and Artie (Cindy); sisters, Janie, Ramona (Joe), Lizzie, Theresa and Maureen (Harvy); grandchildren Rhea Sexton (Korey), Ryan Cavazos (fiancé Cortnie), Ericka Brouillette, Jessica LeJeune, Tegan Karns, Carrianne Spencer, Alisha Shackelford (companion Shannon) and thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Paige Anderson, brothers Pete, Frankie and Joe, and sister Lupe (Ruben). A Funeral Service for Henry will be at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 3:30pm with Adam Novinger officiating. Visiting hours are prior from 1:30 to 3:30pm.
