James Henry Bauder

James Henry Bauder, 69, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away March 16, 2025. He was born on June 16, 1955 in Las Vegas, Nevada the son of John F. and Ruth (Schanbacher) Bauder. He married Brenda (Hayes) Bauder who survives. James proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1975-1979. James loved model cars, spending time with his grandchildren, smoking cigars with neighbors, photography and sitting out in the fresh sunshine. He also enjoyed spending time with his best friend, Zena.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 14 years, Brenda; children, Rachel (Robert Humble) Moore, Tiffany (Jeremy) Ebert, Jamie Bauder; grandchildren, Isabell Bauder, Deborah Moore, Kaylie Ebert, Jeremy Ebert Jr., Cadance Ebert, Bentley Ebert, Railynne Moore, Noah Bauder; sister, Elaine Bauder.

James was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Timothy Bauder; aunt, Helen (Bob) Akst.

Visitation will take place on 11:00 - 1:00 on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 PM Friday, March 21, 2025 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902.
